About Deborah

I support people in connecting with their inner healing systems

I am a Registered Craniosacral Therapist and I have trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dr Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry.

I offer an integrative approach to health and well-being, drawing on these modalities both individually and in combination to meet each client's unique needs.  Each approach offers unique insights, and they combine to support healing and self-understanding

I also work extensively with fellow therapists and practitioners, supporting their personal growth and professional development. I continue working part time as a tutor at the College of Craniosacral Therapy, London.

My approach particularly resonates with those navigating trauma, stress-related health issues, anxiety, and self-worth challenges.

Drawing from my own healing journey, I bring deep understanding and compassion to those ready to explore their inner landscape and discover their authentic strength.

As Byron Katie wisely calls life 'Earth School,' I remain dedicated to my own growth through ongoing self-development, meditation, and - perhaps surprisingly - Argentine Tango!

I am a Registered Member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (https://www.craniosacral.co.uk) and insured through Balens.

I practice in Brighton and also work online.
