About Deborah

Supporting Your Journey to Inner Healing
For nearly three decades, I've supported people as they reconnect with their body's innate wisdom to heal.
My own healing journey in my mid-20s led me from theatre into the healing arts. I trained as a Drama and Movement Therapist, grounded in Jungian and Process-Oriented psychology, then deepened my somatic practice through bodywork, Reiki, and Craniosacral Therapy.
A dyslexia diagnosis in my mid-30s brought profound clarity—suddenly understanding the hidden effort behind everyday tasks, and learning to embrace my distinct way of processing and making sense of the world. Through exploring my inner parts and the beliefs they carried, I've learned to show up more authentically in my life and work. These experiences help me recognise the hidden challenges people face and support them in discovering their own unique strengths.
More recently, I've deepened my work through extensive training in Dr. Gabor Maté's Compassionate Inquiry and Dr. Richard Schwartz's Internal Family Systems—approaches that honour the profound intelligence within each of us.
An Integrative Path
I offer a uniquely integrative approach, weaving together these modalities to meet you exactly where you are. Whether working with the body's subtle rhythms, exploring your inner world through compassionate dialogue, or combining approaches, each session is tailored to your needs.
My work particularly resonates with those navigating trauma, burn out, stress-related health issues, anxiety, grief, dyslexia, questions of self-worth, and the search for deeper spiritual connection.
Educator & Mentor
I support fellow therapists and practitioners in their personal growth and professional development, and continue teaching part-time at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London. My own journey continues through meditation, self-development, and (perhaps surprisingly) Argentine Tango—practices that keep me grounded and present in my work.
