When the nervous system settles, the whole person changes.

This understanding - discovered through decades of hands-on work - shapes everything I do. I work with people through Craniosacral therapy, Internal Family Systems and Integrative Bodywork, helping them find their way back to themselves through the body.

My path here has been both clinical and creative. After qualifying as a massage therapist and graduating as a drama and movement therapist in 2000, I spent years exploring how the body holds our stories and how we can work with - not against - what lives there. I set up and ran a massage service for staff at Great Ormond Street Hospital (1997 - 2021), delivering massage and Craniosacral therapy in a high-stress environment where I witnessed again and again how settling the nervous system creates space for everything else to shift.

Alongside bodywork, I ran projects exploring creative expression, embodied play, and movement as pathways to healing and reconnection. Training in Internal Family Systems brought these threads together - the body-based work, the creative exploration, the understanding of our multiple layers.

Supporting practitioners

I also support fellow therapists and practitioners in their personal growth and professional development, and continue teaching part-time at the London College of Craniosacral Therapy. My own journey continues through deep meditation, supervision, ongoing training, and Argentine Tango - practices that keep me grounded and present in my work.

I am a registered Craniosacral therapist with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK and abide by their code of ethics.
