Pregnancy massage

Massage during and after pregnancy is a great way to receive nurturing support both physically and emotionally.  Whether addressing particular aches and discomforts from a changing body or taking some time out to relax and be with your pregnancy.

Every session is tailored to meet your needs and great care taken to make sure you are comfortable at all times.  The massage is mostly done with you lying on your side with extra support where needed. But as everyone is treated as an individual we may adopt a seated position if necessary.  I use organic oils especially blended for pregnancy.

Post Natal Massage

Postnatal massage promotes recovery of the birth process as well as giving a little replenishing time.  It can also help relieve any new aches and pains from lifting and feeding new born babies.

Partner Massage

I also run sessions for couples to teach partners how to massage their pregnant partner during pregnancy. Giving you confidence in knowing when and how to massage along with bonding time with the baby during abdomen massage.
