Massage TherapyI use a whole range of techniques for massage therapy, from deep tissue, myofascial release and subtle energy work.  Every treatment is tailored according to your specific needs.

The aim is to offer a safe space in which the body can deeply relax and aid release of tension held in the body whether from physical strains, injuries and/or emotion and mental stress.

As well as giving treatments for general aches and pains, I have had experience of working with people with acute/chronic pain and fatigue, TMJ, whiplash, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and many more…

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle yet powerful treatment that offers an opportunity for the body to recognise and release deeply held areas of tension and contraction that the body has absorbed through life’s knocks and shocks, stresses and strains.

Often these patterns of contraction become so embedded we become unconscious of them yet we keep getting repetitive aches, discomfort and unease physically, emotionally and in our general well-being.

About Deborah

I have been working as a complementary health therapist since 1997. My interest in complementary therapy began when I was a student in my early 20’s suffering from anxiety attacks after a very stressful period in my life. I was fortunate enough to be recommended craniosacral therapy which significantly helped to relieve my physically pain and mental tension.
